Due to COVID and other restrictions, shipping times may vary.  Items may be unexpecdently backordered.  If an item becomes backordered, Vintage & Soul Home will notify you as we are made aware.

All Special and Made-to-Order items are not returnable.

An unlimited number of eligible items can be delivered directly into your home for one low, flat fee. We will:

• Deliver every eligible piece to the room of your choice - regardless of number of items.
• Unpack and assemble each piece.
• Remove and recycle the packaging.

You can schedule delivery as soon as all items are ready. White glove service includes a two-person crew.
