Shipping & Returns

Standard Shipping Policy

All orders with in-stock items are typically processed within 2-3 business days, but can take up to 14 days to ship depending on the item. Some of the found or antique pieces require special shipping and delivery procedures to ensure a safe and satisfactory delivery. 

For orders shipping within the United States, we ship via FedEx Ground from our warehouse in Atlanta, Georgia. Unauthorized refusals of shipments will result in payment of all shipping charges and a re-stocking fee may apply. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Hawaii or Internationally. 

For smaller package orders shipping within the United States, we ship via FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight or other common carriers.

Furniture/Truck Delivery

Furniture and other large items are shipped via Furniture Delivery to Erie County and surrounding counties.  We offer two types of delivery services: Front Door Delivery and White Glove Delivery. All furniture orders will be shipped by default with our Front Door Delivery service, unless the White Glove Delivery option is selected during the Checkout process. All long distance furniture deliveries will be scheduled Monday through Friday during daytime hours. Expedited delivery is not an option for Front Door and White Glove Delivery items. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping information listed on the order is accurate. Once shipped, any changes in your shipping address will result in additional shipping charges. 

Front Door Delivery is the default delivery option for all furniture and large items. Front Door Delivery charge is automatically applied on a per item basis to the order. White Glove Delivery is an optional $100 charge for all furniture items. The one-time charge per order is in addition to Front Door Delivery charge. All White Glove Delivery furniture orders will be shipped complete. For more information, please call us at 814 449 9183

Front Door Delivery

Includes delivery to the first threshold (front door, curbside, garage, lobby, or loading dock; depending on delivery conditions) and a 4 hour delivery window. Your in-stock furniture will be delivered in approximately 2 to 3 weeks. On occasion, Front Door Delivery service will only have a one person delivery team, so it is recommended to have 1 or more people help you with certain Front Door Delivery orders. You will be responsible for unpacking, debris removal, and all applicable assembly.

 

White Glove Delivery

Includes a two person delivery team that will handle light assembly, debris removal, and the careful placement of furniture (up to 1 flight of stairs). Your in-stock furniture will be delivered in approximately 2 to 3 weeks. As a courtesy to our customers, White Glove Delivery includes the removal of all packaging. Please request to keep all of the packaging if there is a possibility for a return with the eligible item. Rugs, artwork, and other Standard Shipping items are not eligible for White Glove Delivery.

 

Delivery Timing

Speed of delivery depends on type of product, product availability, and proximity to metropolitan areas*. Backordered items will ship once back in stock, at no extra charge

 

Arranging Delivery

Truck Delivery is by appointment Tuesday-Saturday in Erie County and surrounding areas, with Monday delivery available in some areas. Service to outlying areas may be restricted based on geographic location. A service representative will contact you to arrange a delivery date and confirm the appointment timeframe (typically a 4-hour window).

Return & Exchange Policy

You can return eligible items within 15 days of receiving an order or 7 days for Quick Ship upholstery items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required. Monogrammed items and Made to Order furniture or rugs are not eligible for returns. Review the full list of ineligible items and our refund policy below before starting the process.

 

Extended Holiday Gift Returns

To help with your holiday gift giving, purchases made between November 15 through December 26 can be returned until January 31, 2021.

INELIGIBLE ITEMS


Items non-eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Items without an original receipt or gift receipt.
  • Monogrammed items
  • Mattresses
  • Gift cards
  • Made to Order items, including custom rugs and furniture
  • Final sale items
  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear




HOLIDAY GIFT RETURNS


Extended Holiday Gift Returns: To help with your holiday gift giving, purchases made between November 15 through December 26 can be returned until January 31, 2021.




REFUND POLICY


  • Original Receipt - Returns with the original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.
  • Gift Receipt - Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount on the gift receipt.
  • Delivery Fees - Delivery fees are non-refundable and prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
  • Cash & Check Refunds - Cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check and mailed to you (may take 14 business days).





Backorders

Occasionally, items will go on backorder before your order is fulfilled. You will be charged for the total order, including items on backorder. 

In the event that your order includes a backordered item, we will be sure to ship everything else. This means your shipment may come in multiple packages. No additional charges will be billed for the shipping of your backordered item when it becomes available. 

If you would like to cancel a backordered item, please email our customer support team at support@etuhome.com. We reserve the right to cancel backorder items from your order.
